Description of works:

L&UK Property Group has been approached on an exclusive basis as a joint venture development partner for this 453 unit student accommodation scheme in Swansea. The development is currently in for planning with permission expected in Spring 2018. The current project cost will be £30m with a GDV of £36m.
L&UK Property Group expect to conclude the JV and funding agreements for the development by mid 2018. Completion will be in summer 2020 for the 2020/21 student intake.
